Pleasant and easy to drink, comes across as more of a witbier to me. Yeasty phenols, crackers, light citrus, and pepper.

Poured into a small goblet, color is straw, limited head on first pour but more presents with aggressive second, head then dissipates quickly to nothing.
Aroma is light bread, biscuit, light earth dry spices, pepper, lemon rind as well.
Taste is similar with with bread, biscuit, toast, then yeast phenols and spice character with a light peppery character; limited hop aroma, maybe some grass; moderate sweetness, but not overdone, but still not really dry.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, light dryness.
Overall a pleasant saison with good bready malt character, lighter yeast spice and light dryness; a little on the sweet side but does dry with time.
