Ho'aloha Habeñero Blonde Ale

Our Ho'aloha Habanero is a light blonde ale made with fresh pineapple and habanero peppers. Two different varieties of habaneros are added into the boil and secondary fermentation imparting a very subtle warmth that builds on the back end of each sip. The sweetness of pineapple is fermented out, leaving a pleasant earthy pineapple flavor reminiscent of Tepache. It's a very approachable blonde with low to medium hop bitterness and an almost dry finish.
