Poured from 26 oz crowler into shaker pint glass. Filled 8/1/19.
A: Pours a very clear pale yellow with 1-2 inch frothy/bubbly white head. Excellent retention.
S: Nice fruity esters with banana and clove. Hints of lemon, white pepper, and dry cracker malt.
T: Follows aroma fairly closely with banana, clove, and lemon up front. Hint of melon and white pepper. Dry cracker malt in the background.
M: Light body. Subtle fruit notes and even more subtle spice. Clean and refreshing.
D: Very nice on a hot summer day. I like how the lemon zest combines with the rest of the beer.
