16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a fully murky and turbid burnt orange color with an inch of white head that had OK retention and very light lacing.

The aroma was the anticipated frooty hop/low grain profile of the style. Same story on the tongue, with the frooty hops being even stronger.

The body was also as anticipated; light-medium, smooth, and a medium finish. Drinkability was OK, if you're a fan of the style you'll find an easy quaff. Overall, a fairly average murkbomb. Worth a shot if you see it.

Poured from a can (no date I could find) into that same sort of flute beer glass

side note - had heard this beer one GABF gold for imperial hazy ipa, think the award is actually juicy or hazy. not that it matters much, but think i enjoy it more when i have that juicy bit in mind

L: pours a moderately hazy, orange yellow with a moderate white head that fades to a slight layer. Nice lacing left with each sip. Not as hazy as I expected, can actually see through it somewhat

S: very rich and tropical fruit-forward nose, on the sweeter side with a tease of bitterness back there. Mix of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, citrus. Bit of that citrusy bitterness as well, but second fiddle to the fruit. A dank note coming through more as it warms, little earthy

T: delicious swallow, follows the nose very well. Sweeter, gummy fruit character leads - that bitterness comes through nicely as it’s warmed a bit in the glass, rewards patience. Tropical mix of mango, passionfruit, pineapple, peach - that gummy bear/gummy ring type of flavor. Get that fruit through the middle, as it gets to the medium/long finish a bit of bitterness and earthy character comes through to add some depth

F: medium- body, medium carbonation, moderately drying, drinkable

O: really nice IPA, great sweeter fruit notes with some slight dank bitterness that adds balance as it warms. Feel like the body should have been a bit more full, but overall a very delicious beer
