Slightly undulating, off white, sustaining head. Nearly crystal clear, medium amber, with an orange tint. Caramelized grain and malt, on the nose. A bit of a woody bite as the taste starts, blossoming into a lightly roasted grain flavor, with a hint of malt. Finishing with the subtle bite of malted grain.
