Capybeera is a 6% American Pale Ale we were brewing when one of our neighbors showed up with about 20# of freshly picked, yard grown Cascade! So, we tossed em in!
The result is incredible - chock full of orangey citrus, with a nice bitterness to balance the juiciness. Come try it!

Crisp clear golden yellow body. Light and clear, like the prototypical image of 'beer.' Nice head retention of clean white foam. Again, my mind keeps going to the word, 'prorotypical.'
Nose is a nice clean lightly creamy floral citrus combo. Not overly strong, but pleasantly aromatic.
Flavour is in a similar vein, with sweet floral and citrus character building to a moderately bitter finish. The sweet character of the floral and almost kind of nectarous middle stay juuuuuuuuust this side of cloying, and the malts are mostly clean and crackery, though they get spread pretty thin and at times it's like when you're trying to cover your bread with too much butter and there are some patches that just don't really get the support. That's a tortured analogy, but it's the best I've got right now.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
