Aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, pine, floral, toasted bread. Huge pine resin and grapefruit on the palate, toasted rye bread, lime, biscuit. Brewed w/ Simcoe, Chinook & Centennial hops, plus rye malt.

Good dog!

Pours a moderately clear (though nowhere near crisp) tawny brown with a nice pile of khaki foam that retains a layer of creamy foam even after sitting for a good while.

Nose starts off warm brown bread and citrus. I could see some earthy pine as well.

Flavour has a warm brown bread malt base that starts things off again, but gives way to a green hoppy bitterness that is a little on the sharp side for my palate. Oily lime and spicy lightly toasted rye bring it to a bitter finish that carries a decent amount of pithy acidity.
I'm not always teh biggest fan of Centennial, and I feel like it carries pretty strongly in this one.
