Mostly clear but but a little bit of haze to it. Light golden yellow. Big wet bubbles that settle down to a simple layer fairly quickly.
Nose has a nice balance of some golden honey/cracker malts and a bit of grassy hops.
Body is decently medium for how drinkable this is. Nice sharp but brief carbonation.
The flavour has a good blend of sweet honey malts and bitter hops. Classic noble profile.
This isn't going to jump out in your face and wow you, but it is a nice solid flavourful pils. I like the balance of a decent oily hop bitterness with the sweetness of the malts.
The lingering oily bitter finish may slow you down a little bit and prevent it from being the light breezy summer beer that a lot of pilsners can be, but I enjoy the depth that that allows.
Cheers!
