We finally did it! BCB Apple Ale is the perfect alternative for those who want to hang out at the brewery but aren't necessarily beer fans. It's crisp, it's light, it's refreshing and it's almost entirely gluten-free!

16oz can purchased at the taproom. Hand marked canning date is '11/14(2024)'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Brief fizzy head but this disappears. No lacing.
Aroma ripe apple.
Taste resonates with apple flesh and skin. Longer duration aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. A little sweet and tart. Okay carbonation.
Similar to carbonated and filtered apple juice. Close to a Braeburn.
