Pours a slightly cloudy, golden coloration with a medium, frothy head and visible carbonation. Smells of biscuity, grainy malt and fruity esters and hops, with notes of apple, pear, apricot and citrus. Taste follows the nose, with an excellent balance of biscuity, grainy malt and fruity and spicy esters and hops, with notes of tart green apple, pear, apricot and lime peel, as well as just a hint of white pepper and clove, with a subtle underlying tartness. Finishes with a light tartness and bitterness, as well as some apple, apricot and lime peel lingering in the aftertaste. Effervescent mouthfeel with a light/medium body and lively carbonation.
This makes for quite a hoppy Saison that remains very well-balanced overall, even though the bitterness and citrus notes almost overshadow the estery fruit and spice a little here, which still managed to stand on their own well enough though. I really like the combination of bitterness and tartness in the finish, which are equally subtle, while the mouthfeel really is sublime here, with a lively effervescence that is very pleasant. A very enjoyable, quite dry and hoppy example of the style that is well-balanced and with a very lively and refreshing mouthfeel.

Pours a hazed, bright golden color with a medium, stable white head.
Smells of sour bread dough, fresh cut citrus and a bright wheat note.
Has a very light, utmost refreshing mouthfeel with a lurking, late dryness.
Tastes of herbal, almost pungently dry hops, together with a light wheat and citraic note. Turns a tad more effervescent then, with a stony quality, supporting the well entangled hops. Finishes light and aqueos, with a herbal rusticness remaining till the very end.
Very well brewed, intriguingly tasty beer, which convinces by being superlight and tasty at the same time.
