On tap at Foeders in Amsterdam. A saison from Germany? I'm intrigued.
Light orange. Grainy sour, honey , lactic, mild acetic on the nose. Sour palate, grainy, mildly sweet with lemon, lactic and acetic acid but minimal funk. The spelt adds a nice touch, a grainy depth that keeps this interesting.
