A very good porter. Dark, tastes like vanilla with a coffee aftertaste. It's very sweet; which can be overpowering. Definitely a desert / sipping beer.

Cloudy brown with a beige ring of bubbles Spots for lace.
Dominant smell is Baker's chocolate followed by lighter coffee. The vanilla is faint but definitive.
The body is thin with a moderate level of carbonation. The flavor, however, is rich with plenty of dark chocolate. There's a coffee touch but it doesn't define the taste. The finish is dry and the aftertaste long with darker roasted malts finishing the profile.
