Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a snifter, hazy and 'salmon orange' in color with a thin, broken layer of suds. Strong lacing with thick webs and lines breaking off into small patches of spotting.
Smell - Tantalizing aroma of Coconut, whipped cream, strawberry tang and a hint of peach.
Taste - Fuuuu, follows the nose to a T. Cream and coconut set the stage while tangy, zingy notes of strawberry and peach deliver that tangy, fruity quality it begs for. Finish is a beautiful blend of the creamy and tangy qualities.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a refreshing, crisp finish.
Overall - Their best sour since Fresh V2, and it honestly might be better. So much depth here. So mouthwatering and delicious.
