Dessert-Inspired Imperial Sour infused with an abundance of pineapples, milk sugar, and the most vanilla beans we’ve ever packed into a beer. Designed after the famous “Dole Whip” dessert, this beer is the perfect pairing for the stunning weather we’ve been having recently. Tantalizing flavors of freshly juiced pineapples blended with a scoop of velvety vanilla bean ice cream combine for a tropical dessert parfait within this decadent imperial sour.

From tasting notes 05/24/20
Appearance - Pours semi-clear and golden yellow in color with a white, near two-finger width head that fizzes away fairly quickly, leaving behind a mostly barren surface with a thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.
Smell - Really enticing aroma of whipped cream, pineapple juice and lemony tartness.
Taste - Pineapple upfront, with lemony tartness throughout. Hints of cream and vanilla toward the finish, but not to the level found on the nose. Aftertaste rings sour.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with low-to-moderate carbonation. Slick, easy drinker.
Overall - This is a good beer, but I've been spoiled by their run of amazing imperial dessert sours and the like over the last year, and this one just doesn't quite do it for me. Maybe one I'd try again on draft, if they ever release it again.
