Appearance - The beer was hazy yellow in appearance with a bubbly head that instantly protruded from the can.
Smell - There was not a particularly strong nose. It was highlighted by lemon/lemon tea.
Taste - The profile was lemony, though not necessarily funky. There was a bit of an herbal tea presence. The profile struck me as being more like a Berliner, than saison.
Mouthfeel - Carbonation was aggressive, sweeping away the flavor profile.
Overall - It’s not outstanding, but I would drink more.
