Can describes it as “A spelt saison matured in oak barrels and conditioned on July Flame peaches.”
Cloudy medium golden yellow with big white head. Very peachy in the nose with some background acidity. Quite tart, more sour than peach, without a ton of saison character (could use some stronger grain presence IMO). But thinking of it as a sour, it’s sharp and complex and lovely. Feel is outstanding, crisp and tingly and light on the tongue. Delicious.
