A barrel-fermented, mixed-culture saison conditioned on Sierra Rich peaches. Brewed for Chuck's Hop Shop in Seattle, WA. Made with wheat and triticale from LINC malt open (Spokane Valley, WA) and peaches from Gunkel Orchards (Maryhill, WA).
