As traditional as can be. Crisp, refreshing bready malt base with just a touch of noble hop flavor and aroma with a decidedly dry finish. Prost!

Clear golden pour with two fingers of eggshell white foam. The visible carbonation bears true in the feel with moderately crisp yet lighter and thinner body, generally frothy and malty too. Aromas of honeyed malt, toasted grains, and grassy old world hops. Taste adds some stale white bread. Not the cleanest pilsner but enjoyable anytime

Clear, pale yellow body with lively carbonation; very thick and creamy head, sculpted and rocky. Soft, subtle aroma; very quiet malt scent; light bread crust. Subdued malt flavor with a moderate bitterness throughout; gentle sweetness; very clean tasting. Light body; crisp and delicate; mild dryness tempers the soft sweetness.
Light and clean, quite crushable and tasty.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 09-15-20. Bought it on Tavour.
Pours very clear, light golden with a medium head. Smell is bright lager funk, lots of grass, a little light grain.
Taste is grainy, grassy, and crisp. Lager funk is there as an accent.
Mouthfeel is very light, very dry, very crisp. Really nice pilsner.

This is an excellent pilsner, IMO. Clear pale straw, clean, and crisp. You could serve this to any beer drinker who likes a well made beer more along the lines of standard American fare than the craft beers tend to be. I like to keep this on hand whenever it is available.

First from this new brewery, a German pils, this could say a lot about the brewery, also no can date.
Pours a nice fizzy white head but lower retention, no lacing, crystal clear light pale color
Nose is quite nice, good pilsner malts, grainy sweet and bread dough like, with some light corn notes, good floral slight herbal/spicy hop, clean lager, little cereal grain late
Taste is also nice, good German pilsner malts, grainy-sweet with more cereal and bread dough, very light corn notes from the pilsner malts, nice hops with medium to lighter bitterness and good floral slight herbal/spicy hop, soft lager with nice clean lager, not quite decoction like layered malt depth but solid malt, and nice lager, with good hop flavors, although I would have liked a bit more bitterness to really nail the style, especially the finish which should have accentuated crisp hop bitterness with help from the missing sulfate notes, but still nice
Mouth is medium to lighter bod, carbonation is a bit on the lighter side for the style, but it has a nice soft lager character
Overall pretty solid. Def a few things to work on, carbonation being the first, and hop bitterness with a sulfate accentuated crisp bitterness late, but other than that a solid German pilsner, which is a surprise from a brewery I've never heard of before this. I'll have to try to seek out more of their beers, and maybe visit the brewery someday.
