Once upon a time there was a small farm of unicorns that people waited in line just to try and catch a glimpse of. Now after years of careful raising, they’re all grown up and ready to ride! Big tropical fruit notes with light hints of white grapes, and a punch of young pine accompany you on your adventure. Giddyup!

Honestly I only bought this because my daughter was with me when I was buying beer, and she really wanted me to get it. NO can date.
Pours a med-lighter fizzy head with med retention, nice lacing, hazy cloudy med orange color
Nose is not great, ugly said of mosaic rearing it's head, dank onion and even some green garlic, some pine, some doughy grainy malt, a hint of citrus and tropical maybe, but hard to get past the green onion and garlic
Taste is a bit better thankfully, with tropical fruit up front, guava, grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, creamy doughy wheat, little grainy, flaked wheat or oats in there, light smooth alcohol flavor, then pine and dank green onion in the background, the green onion starts to increase as it goes, drier finish but a little sticky, light alcohol late,
Mouth is med bod, very creamy soft, med carb, a bit of warming alcohol
Overall sad to see another beer get clobbered and thrown in the gutter thanks to that terrible Mosaic.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/25/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, white grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.7%. Overall this is an awesome NEDIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; great soft feel. Awesome Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Mosaic profile. Very vibrant and fairly juicy/dank/earthy hops; with a nice wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

L: Imagine apricot juice. One finger of ivory head dissapating to a frothy cap with spotty lacing.
S: Dankness, guava (I so love), lemon rind, and melon notes.
T: The nose is not fooled here!
F: Medium heavy but slighly syrupy. Wow bitter finish.
O: First Stellwagen brew did not disappoint!!! Bravo.

16oz can served in a big snifter. No date that I can see.
Pours hazy, light amber, medium head, medium carbonation. Smell is a little booze, a lot of fruit and hop resin, and a lot more hop resin.
Taste is softer. Very ripe tropical fruit -- pineapple and mango. A hint of honeysuckle, moderate hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, moderately thick. Overall, nice beer.
