Pours a clouded amber color with a huge, spongy head.
Smells of banana milkshake, wet grass and lighter straw, and a hint of lemon zest.
Has a mineralic, effervescent mouthfeel with a light, refreshing body.
Tastes of straw, peppers and cardamom, smooth cream puff and dry herbs. Has a grain defined, wheat and dried leaves middlepart, amped up by a stony, mineralic carbonation. Finishes fruity, with more rustic wheat and a crackery dryness, inheriting a late hop dryness.
Tasty saison, not too far from the great Saison Dupont, which by comparison, brings praise to this.

Pours a slightly cloudy, medium amber coloration with a large, foamy, lasting head. Smells of citrus aromas and yeast esters with a peppery note standing out. Taste follows the nose, with a nice balance of doughy malt, fruitiness and yeast esters. Some wheat is noticeable as well. Notes of citrus fruit, peach, light banana and strong clove and black pepper. Finishes with a very light bitterness and some clove/pepper lingering in the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is a nice old school Saison that has no real tartness, but lots of fruitiness and estery spice. Spicy notes of clove and black pepper actually stand out the most. Very nice, full mouthfeel.
