Copenhagen 1/12 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. What looks like an Per Arnoldi drawing of a beach with a parasol.
Pours hazy orange-ish yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving what looks like a de-carbonated Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, lemonade-ish with strong citric notes. Citrus, sugar, lime. A bit acerbic but with a subtle sweetness in the background.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric, sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit sharp. Lingers for a while.
Fresh citric take on a Saison. Not so much pepper but a lot of citrus.
