A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale honey + pale burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of wheat + pale malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness underneath a slightly heavier than moderate amount of slightly peppery saison yeast and a light amount of citrus/lemon + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of wheat + pale malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of peppery saison yeast. Finally there is a light flavor of citrus/lemon + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving light to moderate peppery saison yeast flavor lingering.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing crisp + dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable though a touch simple - an easy drinking saison without much complexity to the flavor + aroma but I could easily have a couple of these.

Belgian yeast nose but not much else. Drinks smooth and slightly sweet with a peppery flavored, very slightly dry finish. Needs a little more complexity to be a better beer, but it is decent nonetheless.
