Not often you get a better like this on cask. Had it at Churchkey. Small snifter. Golden amber color with nice head and lacing. Really nice smooth boozy candied fruit, pear and apple. Toffee and caramel but mostly fruit and not too sweet. A bit earthy. Very warming and comforting. A real treat.

Part of our annual advent beer case.

A beautiful beer. Love the mosey head. This would be a great beer for a milk pour as the foam is a bit sweet than the beer itself.

A - Pours hazy, well carbonated, moose white 1-finger head. Excellent lacing. - 4.25

S - Malty, a bit of corn, fruity esters - 4.0

T - Malty with an herbal bitterness. A hint of sweetness in the finish.

MF - medium bodied with an almost dry finish.
