Enjoyed a pint with a late lunch at the brewpub on 9-9-24 for $7.00.
Beer was served dark brown with a very nice off white head.
Nose has hints of smoke and coffee.
Taste is a mild to medium toast and roast malt base that yielded notes of coffee and chocolate. Smoked malts were deftly added and lent an interesting element. Finished hopped up enough to round out the sweetness nicely.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall a solid porter, glad i tried.
