Bottle from the brewery. Conditioned with honey as is many/most of their brews.
Wine glass @ home. Clingy, eggshell head over an opaque, mellow herbal tea/browned butter-like colored brew. More milkshake-y on the second pour.
Smells of lime-y mineral water & peppercorn.
Dry & slightly parching malt. Strong soapy & zesty bitterness, like if you ever reused lime slices in a water bottle. Some people will like that. Frothy, starchy, but a bit thin. Boozy, herbal finish. More plant like bitterness as it warms.
Nothing fancy or curious, but it drinks well. Pricey in retrospect @ $13 for 750ml.

Bottle courtesy of BellsRinger.
L: actually looks a lot like orange juice with a very fluffy head and lacing.
S: earthy, bananas, clove, floral.
T: banana/clove, earthy, leather, little spicy on the finish. Slightly sweet. Not sour or funky. Balanced nicely.
F: full and a little creamy but dry finish.
Overall: feel special to try a bottle that so few have tried, even on other venues. A saison on a sunny day is always a treat.
