Code name: "The End". Brewed in collaboration with Botanist & Barrel, Bhramari & Saint Somewhere on March 18th 2020, the start of government shutdown in NC. Bottle from the brewery.
Pale, amber, opaque brew. Sticky, light head.
Peach, parsley, fresh, fruity Bhramari farmhouse scent.
Yeasty, potpourri of rindy fruit, very crusty malt, a touch floral. Frothy, chalky, good acid, mostly dry aside from a very slight slickness; good quaffability.
Tastes just like another wild Bhramari brew, though I don't have a feel for Sideways just yet. Good stuff.
