500ml bottle - the only further brew-related info on the label is 'It's complicated'. Heh.
This beer pours a mostly clear, pink-tinged pale golden yellow colour, with four flabby fingers of puffy, rocky, and bubbly off-white head, which leaves some random chunky and sudsy splattered lace around the glass as it lazily subsides.
It smells of gritty and grainy cereal malt, some muddled dark floral notes, a strange bit of that cheap, post-game beers in a locker room essence, fruit-forward white wine lees, and some faint earthy, musty, and weedy green hop bitterness. The taste is biscuity and crackery pale malt, some cherry and strawberry red wine fruitiness, musky Low Countries yeast, and more understated floral, herbal, and vegetal hoppiness.
The carbonation is fairly effervescent in its palate-tickling frothiness, the body a decent medium weight, and so-so smooth, as that complex yeasty character makes a few minor unwelcome waves at this particular juncture. It finishes trending dry, the yeast nudging the malt to a near-distant backseat position.
Overall - this is an enjoyable enough version of the style, with the 'rosé' character apparently 'l'ordre du jour', at least according to the local self-appointed tastemakers over there at Avenue magazine. Crisp, and easy to put back, with the 16-proof wowee sauce quotient only seldomly poking its nose where its not wanted.

Appearance - Pours a rose with two fingers of pale pink head.
Smell - spicy belgian yeast, rosé wine, fruity esters (red berries of strawberry and raspberry), and biscuity malts.
Taste - spicy belgian yeast followed by a strong presence from the rosé wine. The fruity esters of strawberry and raspberry follow suit alongside the biscuity malts. A nice balance of flavours.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slighty sticky with the yeast and rosé wine elements of berries lingering.
Overall - A flavourful saison that utilizes rosé wine very well. This is highly sessionable considering the ABV. Another great brew from the folks at Eighty-Eight Brewing!
