"Soaring high, stealing hearts"
Poured from a howler from the taproom.
Appearance - Pours a "iced tea" colour with a finger of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, bready and biscuity malts, caramel, dark fruits (raisin, plum),and earthy yeast.
Taste - Earthy, leafy, and floral hops upfront followed quickly into the bready, biscuity malts alongside the caramel, and dark fruits (raisin, plum). The earthy yeast finishes the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Finishes with a pleasant stickiness with the malts, hops and dark fruits lingering.
Overall - A highly drinkable brew that showcases the balance between malts and hops. An enjoyable brew on this snowy Sunday here in Cowtown!
