A fresh new lager from Eighty-Eight. Softened with RO water, brewed with pilsner malts to keep it light and noble-y hopped with Saaz!

Poured from a howler purchased at Collective here in Cowtown.
Appearance - Pours a straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - grassy, floral, and saaz hops, lemon, hay aromas, biscuity malts, and earthy lager yeast.
Taste - grassy, floral, and saaz hops upfront. The lemon, hay aromas, and biscuity malts come through next. The earthy lager yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp alongside a pleasant hop bitterness.
Overall - A crisp and easy drinking lager. The hops are there to give it some pleasant bitterness and is quite enjoyable and is quite easy to drink. Perhaps will appease the folks that don't like too much hop bitterness.
