Poured carefully into my snifter and still got far more head than beer- took over 15 minutes to get it all in the glass.
The taste was roasted malts, some coffee and a little cocoa powder. The salt was noticeable but didn’t interfere with the primary flavors. Not sure if it added to them either.
The feel was a bit over carbonated which rather contributed to the bitterness of the coffee.
