Phenomenal crispy lager! The Carolina Gold rice malt is the obvious star here. Pours a pale yellow, "light beer" sort of appearance that fogs up the glass, with a big bubbly head- mouthwatering. Smells of a toasty rice, hints of bitter and fruity hops. Drinks with amazing feel, has a delicate creaminess, fantastic carb (must also have something to do with yeast imparting a clean sizzle) and uber-satisfying finish. Flavor is a little lemon cream, fluffy rice, touch of bitter on the end. Really packs so much flavor into a tiny package, nailing the utmost important 4.5% lager consideration of "crispiness" to a T. I love this beer!
