A Dry IPA, generously hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Mosaic hops. A delightful marriage of a West Coast IPA grain bill and New England style IPA yeast and hops.

A - Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Nice amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is orange, grapefruit and pineapple.
T - The taste is tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, bready malts and a nice grassy hop finish.
M - Medium body with low carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.
O - Really solid NEIPA.

A- A hazy golden straw with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus, wet grass, onion, some tropical fruits/melons.
T- Citrus, tropical fruits, lime zest, wet grass, some wine grapes, a little dank.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- Nose has a lot of wet grass and onion, but that taste doesn’t have much at all. A good beer but not as good as I thought it would be given the hop profile.
