Fresh can poured into PGW.
Deep and opaque bright red/maroon. Bubbly pink head settles into floating islands of pink foam and thicker ring around the glass.
Aroma is bursting with bright and fresh berries
Full on blast of berries, raspberry, blackberry, fresh and ripe. Tart and sweet but not too sweet or too tart. Berry flavors expand as it warms and you can really sense the fresh berry flesh flavor.
Full bodied and smooth with moderate carbonation.
A very nicely done kettle sour, doesn't burn your enamel and the berry goes great with the tartness. The smoothness and fullness of the body is the strongest aspect.
