A - Pours a lightly hazed amber with a two finger fluffy white head. Tons of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is toasted biscuit, pilsner malts and floral hops.
T - The taste is apple, pear, caramel, toasted biscuit, pilsner malts and a light bitter hop bite.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a nice soft finish.
O - Really solid pilsner. Great flavor and easily crushable.

Thanks to Joplamp for this one, from the recent Can-Cans BIF. 16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a somewhat cloudy dark yellow color, with 1/3 inch of white head that had low retention and no lacing.
The aroma had a soft grain base, with a somewhat funky, fruity hop scent. No real yeast.
The flavor profile varied somewhat, the grain a bit stronger, and some nice floral hops, but there was still an odd, musty hop taste.
The body was somewhat fuller than I look for in the style, smooth, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was OK, but I struggled a bit with that musty hop flavor.
Overall, not a terrible brew, but one I didn't really enjoy. I would pass if I saw it again.
