Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 1/23/24 -- OK, not maximally fresh, but not super old, either.
Appearance: medium gold hue with tons of haze and a thick head of frothy, pillowy foam with great retention.
Smell: some tropical pineapple juiciness, along with a little dankness. It's good, but maybe just a little sharp around the edges.
Taste: rather sweet malt, with more of that tropical/dank/pineapple character, although again with that little bit of sharpness. Not sure if it's the age or the hop variety, but that sharpness does detract a bit for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty good beer, and a pretty average hazy IPA. Not bad, but could use refinement.

ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours yellow and turbid. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
Fresh grapefruit and pine. Citrus.
Tropical fruit up front that is quickly overcome by grapefruit. Dank and pine flavor in the finish. Lingering grapefruit pith aftertaste.
Medium bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel
Excellent double hazy. This style is full of mediocrity. This beer stands above. I am so glad I picked this up. Arvon continues to impress.

Pours a cloudy, very creamy-looking OJ color with a fat finger of dense, foamy, yellowed head. After settling into a pretty wisp and crown, it leaves sheets of lacing.
Orange juice, a little pine and a letter pepper in the nose. There’s an underlying herbal note to all of it. Old school new school.
Boozy taste — which I like. Plenty of orange, and some distinctive pine and herb bitterness.
Very creamy feel with just enough carbonation to keep it lively.
There’s some booziness and piney bitterness here that some of the juice box crowd might not appreciate, but this a very well-crafted DIPA that doesn’t skimp on body, flavor, alcohol or style. Great stuff.

A - Pours a thick and murky burnt orange with a pillow case of white head with nice cling to the glass after each drink.
S - Bouquet of citrus hops, tropical fruits, citrus rind, grassy, some faint honey, piney and dank.
T - Loads of citrus hops up front - Passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, peach balanced out by some piney and dank hops that mesh nicely. Truly a party in the palate - lots going on here and all nicely crafted and balanced. Chewy mouthfeel with juicy bitters lingering in the back of your throat.
O - World class DNEIPA from Arvon.
