1 PINT can
Served in a snifter

This beer pours black and is topped with a fleeting mocha head that leaves little lacing.

The smell is interesting. I get a raspberry sour followed by chocolate. It does not smell stout-like.

The taste is tart with raspberry. Milk chocolate follows. It kind of tastes like they mixed a their kettle soured raspberry with the stout. Maybe they did. I don't know the brewery that well.

Full bodied with a creamy yet sticky mouthfeel

Rather than the typical sweet, dessert tasting raspberry pastry stout, this is a tart raspberry, chocolate stout. I applaud the effort. It is definitely a unique take on the base beer. I like it.

Pours a black color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is roasted malts and sweet chocolate. Tastes like a sour stout as opposed to a normal stout. Raspberry gives it an unexpected tartness. Slightly bitter at the end.
