A - Pours a murky deep reddish purple with a fizzy red head. The head fades extremely fast leaving some light sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is black currant and raspberry.
T - The taste is huge sweet and tart black currants, raspberry, green apple skins and a light amount of lactic funk on the finish.
M - Full bodied with medium/low carbonation. Chewy mouthfeel with a bone dry finish.
O - This is a very well done.
