Received from @BigIronH in the NBS BIF #16. Poured into an Arvon tulip glass also provided by @BigIronH. It pours a slightly hazy, golden-orange color with more than a finger of bright white, fluffy head and lots of soapy lacing. Initially, it has a typical grassy, herbal Pilsner scent but then I notice the fresh lime aroma that signals Motueka hops. You can taste it, as well. There's a definite tropical vibe that sets it apart. The Riwaka hops provide a strong, tart lemon/grapefruit taste that compliments the hoppy bitterness. It's lite and crisp with lively carbonation, and a very easy drinker at 5.5% ABV. Overall, I really like the idea of using Motueka and Riwaka hops in a German Pilsner. I'm assuming there are some Noble hops here to but it's a very different - and enjoyable - Pilsner.

Listed as a New Zealand Pilsner.
Pours clear, slight chill haze.
The hop profile should wow, but it hits like it’s past it’s prime. Orange marmalade, citrus peel , light bitterness. A month out and it’s all downhill.

Pours translucent straw with a finger of white foam. Nose is fruity pebbles, citrus, bitter hop, and earth. Taste follows suit. There’s alot going on here but it all melds perfectly and is a delicious easy drinker. Feel is crisp and sharp but smooth. Excellent.
