A - Pours a murky deep purple with a thin pink head. Nice amount of sludgy lacing.
S - Aroma is cinnamon, blackberry and blueberry.
T - The taste is sweet and tart blueberries and blackberries, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Chewy mouthfeel with an oily dry finish.
O - Really well done pastry sour.

Pours a slushy purple color with almost no head. Aroma is sweet berries. Taste is tart blueberry and blackberry. Tart turns to sweet at the finish. Thick and creamy.
