A - Pours a dark reddish brown with a large off white head. Light amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is caramel, vanilla, plums and piney hops.
T - The taste is chocolate, caramel, molasses, plums, dates and a bitter piney finish.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Really solid Barleywine. Deep rich flavors without being overly sweet. Abv is well hidden.
