ONE PINT can
Served in a pokal glass
This beer pours a light orange hue and is turbid. It is topped with several inches of beige head that leaves spotty lacing. It looks like a glass of Sunny D.
Citrus aroma with a focus on grapefruit. Hints of resin
Big citrus flavor with grapefruit being at the center. A little grapefruit bitterness carries into the finish accompanied by some light resin.
Full bodied with a pilowy mouthfeel
Excellent beer. I expect nothing less from Arvon.

3-week-old can poured into a tulip glass.
Gorgeous and opaque orange-gold liquid that glows in the edges and pours silky smooth. Nice bright white head of compact latte foam. Splotchy lacing down the glass. Great looking hazy.
Bright citrus and tropical juices on the nose. Very grassy but not really dank. Wonderful spicy pine notes. Both pithy and sweet. Outstanding aroma profile. Very tight and clean.
Taste is very good but not as great as the nose. Semi-sweet overripe tropical fruit notes up front. Really nice pithy citrus and bitter grapefruit on the back end. In between a strong grassy characteristic that starts out as a starchy green bite but transitions oh-so-smoothly into a very distinct bitter ruby red grapefruit note. Love the finish but there’s a little abrasiveness getting there. This one could use just a touch more sweetness to balance out the bite and the bitterness.
Silky smooth and very soft feel. Well carbonated. Drinks very light for 8%. No chewiness or stickiness.
Not my favorite Arvon hazy, but still a very good one.
