It's a self described gose. Without a specific dedicated category, fruit and field works just fine here. Enough trying to put and judge this by category. The careful pour to empty the contents of a pint can into a clear glass liter mug is frustrating. There's a big bellowed head that overrides everything else. The nearly stark white head exceeds anything that would be expected, not in a good way. But quickly, if unevenly it recedes. So what we have here is a mildly aromatic gose that follows through on the best attributes of its style. This is mildly fruity, perhaps toward a berry style, but true to a biitter finish. Absolutely no contusion with a fruited sweet beverage available throughout the Jersey Coast,
