Foggy burnt straw yellow with a creamy white head leaving all kinds of coral lacing on the glass.
Both mildly tart and mildly bitter, it's also very bretty. The overall expression is a bit like pungent citrus. Particularly surprising is that after spending two years in barrels, it seems to have imparted only a mild accent of gin botanicals.
