Appearance. Near black body with an excellent beige head.
This nicely harmonious black lager leans slightly towards malty compared to European versions, but there's ample hop presence.
Medium carbonation.
The nitro version on tap at the brewery in Greenville, SC had a much better head and better mouthfeel.

Picked up a 16 oz single from the Liability tap room 9-4-22 for $3.75. No canning date; consumed 12-28-22.
Beer poured dark brown with a very nice off white head.
Nose is light roasted malts and a hint of molasses.
Taste is a light to medium malt base that imparts a touch of molasses and chocolate. Finishes roasty and balanced.
Mouthfeel is heavier than the abv of the beer and is very smooth from the lagering.
Overall a very nice Schwarzbier!
