Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some peppery yeast notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of peppery yeast notes with light spicy notes with some great rustic cereal notes with a dry finish. Body is about average for style with great carbonation. Super enjoyable with great drinkability and good complexity with nice yeast strain.

Tasted strongly of pool water and soap. Had to pour it out.
Pours a hazy straw yellow with a lingering foam that slowly dissipates. Smells fine: biscuits, esters, banana. All ruined by its taste :-(
