Foggy pale gold with a tall and wavy white head.
We had to be assured there was lime puree in this beer, as we all couldn't find it upon the first few sips. It's a very faint, subtle addition, which, considering other lime beers that actually become acidic, is actually appreciated. But those other beers also seem to have shifted expectations.
Once we realized all this, we enjoyed its refreshing crispness backed by a fine cornbread malt. Everything about it still seemed a bit flat, though.
