Our 6th anniversary release, brewed in collaboration with The Bottlehouse. Inspired by an odd Quebecois apple ale that is no longer made, we blended a traditional Belgian-style witbier, with its attendant raw wheat, coriander, orange, white pepper aromatics, with a single Willett Bourbon barrel-fermented batch of Ohio hard cider (the 2023 vintage of our Draw us Lines). Celebrate six years of weird beers and ciders with us, figure out if the apple falls far from the tree.
