Clear golden color with a modest but lasting white head.
The aroma is light caramel, ginger and hints of citrus and bananas
The taste is ginger and lime with a light caramel base.
The body is light/medium, good carbonation, crisp and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a very tasty and refreshing brew, the lime and ginger add a brighter, lighter aspect to a traditional saison, should go well with most food, especially lighter fare, good for all occasions, well done.

On draft. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, ginger, yeast and spices. It tasted of sweet caramel, toffee, ginger and a nice yeasty kick with spices.

Pours a foggy dark copper with a finger of frothy white foam. Head retention is dense. Aroma is raisin, bread, caramel, rye, grass, banana, and heavy yeast esters. Really heavy emphasis on the yeast notes. Flavor profile is more of the same, hitting those yeast notes hard. Banana, clove, grass, bready, caramely, candied sugar, and spicy hops. Mouth feel is frothy with an expansive feeling. It has a medium-thick consistency. Overall, big time Belgian yeast bomb with a soothing texture.
