A - Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head that leaves lacing behind
S - Is a nose full of apricots and thats about it
T - Follows the nose I'm not getting any other flavors other than the apricots
M - This beer has a light body with high carbonation to it
D - For a fruit beer this was pretty good not my first choice of beer from Valley but its still worth getting to try

On-tap at the brewery restaurant. Dark orange and cloudy with next to zero head. The color, which is obviously roughly similar to apricot saves this. Aroma of tart dried apricots, fresh apricots, canned apricots... uhh, pretty much just apricots. Quite a great smell actually, as I like apricots (this is why I ordered an apricot ale). The taste gets plenty of the same apricots, buttery malts, surprising moderate bittering, and a bready finish. Decent apricot ale, maybe a shade better than the apricot wheats I have tasted off the shelves, but not the game changer I was hoping for. Lighter in body with prickly carbonation. Easy drinking stuff, but this is only something I would probably get again if it was in six packs and was looking for something simple and fruity.
