Champagne bottle shared by Jason. I think this is from 2009. Thanks!
A: Pale yellow. Good clarity and a short lived head.
S: Apple, lemon, a little acetone, vanilla, a touch of vinegar. Oak blends with leather and light barnyard notes. Evident tartness.
T: Tart and citric with a whisper of acetone. Lower moderate acetic presence with a little vinegar flavor. Traces of stone fruit and lemon. Balanced and complex. Vinegar in the finish.
M: Light body with upper medium carbonation.
Overall: Very well done. This was one of the highlights of the night.
